Woodford and Big Thunder Airshows 1994 DVD

British Aerospace at Woodford and Bruntingthorpe airfield in Leicestershire are now inextricably linked by the birth place and retirement home of the RAF's last Vulcan bomber. She no longer flies (though we include a clip displaying at Woodford on her 30th Birthday), but its still a treat to hear her power up and scream into a fast taxi.

From Woodford we show BAe's best selling but rarely displayed airliners joined by a historic DC6. The delightful twin engined Cris-Cris piggy-backing on its Broussard mother ship contrasts with the awesome "Russian Test Pilots" Flankers shattering the Pennine foothills.

Bruntingthorpe is fast becoming a haven for retired military jets and, with the Draken at, Woodford, a large part of this DVD is devoted to these
