British Airshows 2011 (Double Disc) DVD / Blu-ray
It is not just the 16 or so events that make British Airshows so entertaining, it's the fact that we choose the very best action. Where we record performers regularly (like the Red Arrows and The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight) we bring you our best footage - maybe it's clear skies and dramatic weather or maybe it's a particularly good camera position.
Covering so many events, chances are there are some very rare appearances like the one and only F-15 display in the UK this year and set pieces like 8 Hunters, French Navy Role Demo, Vulcan and Sea Vixen in formation and Royal Navy and Marines beach assault.
We remain in awe of the Vulcan and her displays are well represented here including air to air and in-cockpit.
Our abiding memory of 2011 will be the variety of dramatic weather from crystal clarity to thunder-black, from moisture-laden to dancing sunbeams. Put almost any aircraft in a photogenic sky and delight in a visual magic.
