Farnborough 2014 Double Disc Collector's Edition DVD / Blu-ray
Every 2 years for 5 days Farnborough International hosts the biggest aviation trade event in the UK with a flying display featuring the most modern civil and military technology flying to the limit. Over 200bn US$ of orders and commitments were announced beating all previous records. At the weekend the show gets even bigger with a 5 hour public display.
The Boeing Airbus battle guaranteed some thrilling flying contrasting with the majestic Constellation. Fast jet fans loved the Typhoon and F/A-18 Super Hornet and their classic jet ancestors. Piston fans had their Spitfire and 3 Dakotas in a D-Day tribute.
Everyone loved the Matador (Harrier) and RAF Red Arrows.
This DVD includes EVERY aircraft in the flying display and the great weather meant lots of thrilling video. Some topical issues and technological developments are covered too but flying dominates.
