Flying Legends Air Show 2018 DVD / Blu-ray

The 2018 Flying Legends Airshow at Duxford saw great weather for one of the greatest warbird airshows in the world.

This DVD/Blu-ray, features all the action from the show and was filmed using broadcast quality cameras.

All of the displays at the show are featured including: Spitfire tailchase, 4 Hispano Buchons flying together for the first time since the “Battle of Britain” movie was filmed, “Flying Bulls” P-38, DC-6, Corsair & B-25, 2 Sea Furies, Blenheim, “Classic Flight", DC-3, the return of a P-47 Thunderbolt, B-17 ”Sally B”, the USAF Heritage flight featuring P-51, Spitfire and F-35, 2 Corsairs, Bearcat, Avro Lancaster, 4 Hurricanes, Jungmann, 2 x P-40s and Hawk 75 and the massed flypast, or “balbo”, at the end.

The programme also gets you right in the pilots seat with a number of "in-cockpit" minicams. There were also cameras on the flightline filming close up views of start-ups and taxying. This year’s show coverage is extended to cover even more of the action. The film also features no audio commentary giving you the ability to just enjoy the sounds of the aircraft.
