Sorry Dan2008, we were so busy mid December after not being able to get to the office for a week because of the snow, that we missed answering your post.
Assuming you oredered your DVD at the airshow we gave you the DVD's box when you ordered (a double box that included your free DVD) so we only need to send the disc when it's ready.
If you ordered after the show then we made a mistake and should have sent the DVD in the box. Get back in touch please Dan2008
