Lowestoft Airshow commentator Tim Callaway introduces our highlights of the 2010 Lowestoft Sea Front Air Festival.

Crowd pleasers such as the Red Arrows, Aerostars and the Blades were joined by the Vulcan performing two wonderful displays including a snappy wingover and Jonathon Whaley pulling vapour in his Hunter "Miss Demeanour".

The show also attracted some new and interesting acts including Richard Grace leading the Pitts Pair and a visitor from local RAF Mildenhall - the MC-130P Combat Shadow.

Air to Air Academy Introduction - May 2010

In May 2010 PlanesTV joined Eric Coeckelberghs' team at Zoersel airfield in Belgium for the first of their Air to Air Academy events. The Academy offers aviation photographers the rare opportunity to shoot photographs air to air with other aircraft from the fantastic Skyvan camera ship.

We feature Brendan O'Brien with his crazy flying; something just not to be missed. For the home team Mark Greenfield of Ultimate High takes us through his display in the Extra 300.

We get up close with the Venom and Classic Flights Display Pilot John Beattie and Engineer Paul Sergeant.

Finally at the historic home of the Red Arrows we talk to Sqn Ldr Graeme Bagnall and Flt Lt Simon Rea about the 2010 display.

The Red Stars' mock air races were a spectacle at UK shows until the team's evolution into the Aerostars in 1997.
